In Mobile, Ala. the city's water supply company is battling a Chevron contractor over the location of an oil pipeline that is already under construction. The Mobile Area Water & Sewer System is concerned that pipeline will come too close to the community's water supply. RT's Perianne Boring takes a look at the potential consequences of a leak in the area.
