Coming Soon: Contamination – A Mini-Doc on Pharming Our Food

Coming Soon: Contamination – A Mini-Doc on Pharming Our Food
June 29, 2013 | TruthStream Media | by Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton

(Truthstream Media.com) “Just one mistake by a biotech company and we’ll be eating other people’s drugs in our corn flakes.” – Larry Bohlen, Friends of the Earth

Truthstream Media.com presents a sneak peek at our upcoming mini-documentary profiling the threats of contamination to our food supply, and the increasing movement to replace organic life with synthetic. Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton take on one case example, where leading “Pharming” firm Prodigene accidentally tainted food crops with their experimental pharmaceutical corn products growing in open air side by side.

Instead of learning from their mistakes and stopping risky practices, biotech continues growing pharma crops with government funding and a boost from regulatory fast-tracking. Who is watching and regulating our food supply? From the Secretary of Agriculture on down, many of our government officials are little more than tools of lobbying efforts to promote genetically-modified foods… at any cost.

Scientists Warn: Largest Ocean 'Dead Zone' in History

Scientists Warn: Largest Ocean 'Dead Zone' in History
June 28, 2013 | Common Dreams | Sarah Lazare

Unregulated pollution runoff from agribusiness is expanding the Gulf of Mexico toxic zone and choking marine life

The largest 'dead zone' ever recorded is headed for the Gulf of Mexico this summer, as high levels of pollution runoff, elevated by Midwestern floods, seep into the ocean.

The dead area could grow to as much as 8,500 square miles of toxic deep ocean water—killing all marine life in its path—warn National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration scientists.

The findings signal a warning not only about the Gulf of Mexico, but about the many dead zones that develop each year across the world's oceans.

Dead zones emerge deep beneath the marine surface when pollution runoff from farms seeps into the ocean, releasing nitrogen that feeds large algae growths.

When areas become over-grown with algae because of excess nitrogen, they become depleted of oxygen and thus toxic to marine life, choking and killing fish in a process scientists call 'hypoxia.'

"Dead zones are becoming more common worldwide in areas where coastal waters are swamped with nutrients, particularly nitrogen, from sewage or fertilizer," NOAA scientists explain.

This year's runoff is especially bad, because heavy rains and floods this spring are flushing Midwestern farm pollutants into the ocean.

The Gulf of Mexico dead zone is expected to swell far beyond its usual 18,000 kilometers, alarming scientists.

Unregulated large-scale farming is to blame for the vast pollutants the rain washes into the ocean. Time Magazine reports:
The major factor driving the size of the dead zone—beyond changing flooding patterns—is the use and overuse of fertilizers in America’s rich Midwestern corn belt. The U.S. Geological Survey estimated that 153,000 metric tons of nutrients flowed down the swollen Mississippi and Atchafalaya rivers during May—a 16% increase over the nutrient load average seen during the past 34 years.
As Bloomberg points out, ethanol production carries much of the blame:
The culprits behind the dead zone are many, but one deserves special attention: corn. Unlike, say, soybeans, which can grow without fertilizer, corn can't grow without it. It takes 195 pounds of fertilizer to grow an acre of corn.

And the U.S. grows a lot of corn -- more than any other country. What's more, 40 percent of the U.S. corn crop is devoted to making ethanol, which fuel companies must blend with gasoline under a congressional mandate. The Gulf dead zone is yet another reason for Congress to kill that mandate.
Green groups charge that the lack of state and federal regulations of big agribusiness is responsible for the toxic zones choking ocean life. State and federal initiatives are too reliant on farmers' voluntary self-regulation and come nowhere near to meeting nitrogen reduction goals.

In May, native and indigenous communities walked over 1,700 miles along the Mississippi calling for an immediate halt to the flow of pollutants into the river.

Obama State Dept. Leaving Citizens in the Dark About Exact Keystone XL Pipeline Route

Obama State Dept. Leaving Citizens in the Dark About Exact Keystone XL Pipeline Route
June 29, 2013 | Desmogblog.com | Steve Horn

Believe it or not, the precise route of TransCanada's Keystone XL tar sands pipeline remains shrouded in mystery.

Of course, both TransCanada and the U.S. State Department have revealed basic Keystone XL route maps. And those who follow the issue closely know the pipeline would carry Alberta's tar sands diluted bitumen or "dilbit" southward to Port Arthur, TX refineries and then be exported to the global market.

But the real path is still a secret: the actual route of KXL is still cloaked in secrecy. Case in point: the travails of Thomas Bachand, Founder and Director of the Keystone Mapping Project.

"I started out wanting to scout the route for a potential photography project. So I went looking for a map, and discovered there wasn’t one," Bachand explained in a Nov. 2012 interview with National Public Radio. "I went over to the State Department website, and found some great information, but then I discovered there wasn’t any route information."

His experience with TransCanada was even worse.

"TransCanada [also gave me] the runaround. Their excuse was that [releasing the information] was a national security risk, which is just a joke."

Due to lack of transparency on the part of President Barack Obama's State Department and TransCanada, what was once merely an ambitous photo-journalism project has morphed into a full-fledged muckraking effort - and a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request battle royale - that's now lasted about a year and a half for Bachand. The State Department still has yet to give him the goods.

"I was initially told that 8-12 months was a typical turn around time for a FOIA," Bachand explained to DeSmogBlog in an interview. "Keep in mind that many FOIA requests to the State Dept. require extensive searches through years of diplomatic cables. My request deals with a single project handled by a single department."

Why the long delay on such a seemingly straight-forward request?

"I have been told that the main obstacle to my FOIA request with the Dept. of State for the...Keystone XL is that the information is 'politically sensitive,'” Bachand explained of the situation in a June 26, 2012 blog post.

Missing the Forest for the Trees?

Bachand believes even the most ardent advocates fending off KXL are missing the forest for the trees on the State Dept. KXL Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS).

The SEIS was penned by Environmental Resources Management (ERM Group), a dues-paying member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) which said KXL will have negligible climate change impacts, along with two other industry-tied contractorsAPI has spent $22 million lobbying on behalf of its members on KXL and tar sands since its initial June 2008 proposal, on top of the cash it has spent on its relentless public relations and advertising efforts.

"What's been lost in the debate over the Keystone is that, as written, the EIS makes it impossible to determine the project's environmental impacts," Bachand told DeSmogBlog in an interview. "As all key features and landmarks are referenced to the nearest pipeline milepost marker, without milepost marker longitude and latitude data, one cannot make sense of the report."

As of now, U.S. citizens aren't even privy to information as basic as what water bodies the pipeline crosses, Bachand says. As seen in Mayflower, AR - when tens of thousands of gallons of tar sands crude from ExxonMobil's Pegasus Pipeline spilled into Lake Conway from a pipeline few even knew existed until the latest "dilbit disaster" - knowledge is power and lack of it vice versa. Not knowing the exact route of the pipeline leaves impacted communities unable to anticipate threats to waterways where their local knowledge would be invaluable.

"Waterbody crossings are another key feature that is largely missing," Bachand explained to DeSmog. "If the pipeline crossed a mile upstream from one's property, or neighborhood, or community park, or aquifer, most people would want to know about it. Keep in mind that I am only looking at GIS data. One has to wonder what else is missing from the EIS."

Bachand also believes that President Obama's statement about deciding the fate of KXL exclusively on its climate change impact - at the expense of numerous significant ecological impacts - is foolhardy.

"Obama said that the KXL would only be approved if it did not contribute to climate change in his Climate Action Plan speech," Bachand said. "Yet, one cannot determine global impacts without first giving due diligence to the immediate environmental impacts. Also, by focusing strictly on the impact of tar sands on the climate, pipeline opponents largely disassociate the debate from the pipeline's ecological impacts."

Next Steps for Bachand on Keystone Mapping Project

Although FOIA battles over basic KXL details were never the initial intention of Bachand's project, he is now committed to work on the project for months, if not years to come.

"The project remains a work in progress. Of course I would like to see the mapping component completed, but as it is, it communicates the 'incompleteness' of both the Keystone concept and our policies on land and energy use," he said in discussing his next steps. "If I can secure funding I would like to travel the pipeline route with the goal of producing a book and gallery exhibit."

Bachand sees KXL as a climate change symbol - and as he's learned, a symbol of broken democracy - with much significance beyond the immediate pipeline itself.

"KXL has become emblematic of our inability to reconcile world demand for fossil fuels and the environmental imperatives imposed upon modern civilization," he said. "I'm glad TransCanada chose to name it the Keystone. It's a perfect metaphor in so many ways."

Al Gore Lied

NASA gores Gore – it’s just biz-ness –
Global Warming is out is the Take-away.
Al Gore Lied
June 28, 2013 | Veterans Today | Bob Nichols

NASA: CO2 is a Global Coolant

(San Francisco) The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) lowers the Boom on Al Gore’s Big Lie that the humble, beneficial gas – CO2 – causes global warming. NASA states absolutely that Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a Global Coolant and massively cools the Earth.

You can bet that the NASA scientists designed, built, launched and placed in Earth orbit the satellite machinery to prove it, too.

So, there we have it. In addition, the Earth has not gotten any warmer for 17 years. NASA has finally pulled the plug on Gore’s Big Lie and ended the gigantic, world wide charade on CO2.

This “discovery” about CO2 is nothing new, it’s well known by scientists not employed by the Gore-istas. The Gore-istas probably know it, too; but the money was just too good to pass up. Besides, you don’t have to do anything except sit around, make up wild stories and tell lies.

Great “job” if you like that sort of thing.

Why did Gore do it?

If you follow the money, Gore, a career politician, now has a net worth of about $200 million to $300 million dollars, conservatively. That is a stratospheric increase from about $1 million dollars in the year 2000.

They say all politics is local and if we look around in Gore’s home state of Tennessee, there are many Tennessee companies, both private and governmental, that owe their existence to Gore Jr. or his dad, Gore Sr.

US Businessweek’s Cover – Watch how
fast they ditch Gore and change their tune.
Both father and son were elected United States Senators from Tennessee and brought home the “bacon” for many companies and home state jobs. Both were the “go to” politician for various “political problems” of the sponsored companies and industries.

Nothing unusual there, many Senators see that as just part of their job as privatized public servants. In other words, they are bought and paid for many times over as they sell themselves for campaign cash. It’s a devil’s bargain.

Senators on the make have no concern whatsoever for what they are privately hired to do on government time; but, the results can disastrously boomerang on the country and world. Especially so in the very particular cases of the United States nuclear weapons programs (the nuker program.)
The high sounding Toronto Protocol of the United Nations was simply to phase out the use of CFCs word wide. CFC is an abbreviation for a chemical refrigerant manufactured, at the time, by the rich and powerful DuPont Company.
It is used in cooling systems like refrigerators and air conditioners. CFCs are responsible for killing the Ozone over Antarctica all the way to Australia. Ozone is essential to life on Earth since it blocks deadly Ultraviolet Rays from our Sun and makes the Earth habitable.

Pro-Nukers: Deadly when their Livelihoods are threatened

As far as the Nuke Labs were concerned, though, the Toronto Protocol was a poisoned dagger held to the throat of the entire US Nuclear Weapons Program by its sneaky world wide enemies.

Making uranium suitable for nuke weapons and reactor fuel rods is really hot nasty work. It requires many thousands of “tons” of air conditioning for cooling the machinery, uranium, buildings, computers and people. The air conditioning equipment in the uranium plants is saturated by Uranium Dust and impossible to work on. When it leaks CFC refrigerant gas; it just leaks.
The “close enough for government work” non-solution was to back CFC refrigerant tanker trucks up to the back of the plants and dump as much CFC as was needed into the broken machinery to try to keep it working, leaks and all.
One nuke plant was internationally known to be the point source of 55% of the CFC released to the air in North America. The nuke boys had a serious problem.

The alternative was to shut down the US Nuclear Weapons Program. That would never do. Because of these easy to follow reasons the Nuke Program and the nuclear jobs were in jeopardy from the nuke killing Toronto Protocol on CFCs.

Closing the nuker program down was a non-starter for political reasons. US World Domination is based on thousands of nuclear weapons and the willingness to use them on humans. So, forget any do-gooder “treaties” killing the US nuke weapons program.

Money – The most powerful drug in America
The threatening Toronto Anti-CFC Protocol had to be killed or sidetracked. The nuke boys would lose their cushy government jobs if not. Besides that, there was the US world domination thing based on the realistic Fear that the US Military would go Postal and blow another little country away.

Ta-Da! Al Gore to the Rescue of the Nukers!

The Nuke Boys needed a culprit substitute gas to kill the Toronto Protocol and a “Media Personality.” They decided to pick on the lowly gas Carbon Dioxide, symbol CO2; and Gore was the just the Man to lead the anti-CO2 campaign.

All that was necessary was to, literally, fool most of world. That and intimidate the rest. All people had to do was “To Believe;” or, at least not speak up. The finely crafted lie was that CO2 was a heat trapping “Greenhouse Gas” and was causing “Global Warming;” when CO2 is actually a Global Coolant. Not a problem for the New York Times and their ilk. They do stuff like that all the time and it works the same in every country.

Al Gore would be the lead “Media Personality” and was free to make as much money as he could. Above all else, the United States nuclear weapons program would survive and US world domination was assured.

Why Now on the NASA Press Release?

After many years of frustrating failed attempts, weapons physicists and scientists finally figured out how to separate the all important Bomb Grade Uranium from raw Uranium ore in 2010. The lightening speed at which the government moved to capitalize on it was amazing. The job uses far less electricity and makes a fraction of the heat

The US moved to build a new $6 Billion dollar building for uranium laser separation, closed the old plant and fired 1,150 dedicated nuke plant employees. The NASA announcement on CO2 effectively cut Al Gore loose and closed the curtain on the mythology of fictitious global warming; which is now changed to “Global Cooling.”

Welcome to your new world of Global Cooling!

“A recent NASA report throws the space agency into conflict with its climatologists after new NASA measurements prove that carbon dioxide acts as a coolant in Earth’s atmosphere. NASA’s Langley Research Center has collated data proving that “greenhouse gases” actually block up to 95 percent of harmful solar rays from reaching our planet, thus reducing the heating impact of the sun. The data was collected by Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry, (or SABER). NASA baffled as Voyager 1 enters unknown region of space

NASA baffled as Voyager 1 enters unknown region of space
June 27, 2013 | Reuters | Irene Klotz

CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) – Reports last summer than NASA’s long-lived Voyager 1 space probe had finally left the solar system turned out to be a bit premature, scientists said on Thursday.

Rather, the spacecraft, which was launched in 1977 for a five-year mission to study Jupiter and Saturn, has found itself in a previously unknown region between the outermost part of the solar system and interstellar space.

It is an unusual and unexpected thoroughfare, a place where charged particles from the sun have virtually disappeared and those coming from galactic cosmic rays beyond the solar system are plentiful.

By that measure alone, scientists initially thought Voyager 1 did indeed finally reach interstellar space on August 25, 2012, becoming the first man-made object to leave the solar system.

But one key measurement killed that theory. The magnetic field in which Voyager 1 traveled was still aligned like the sun’s. If the probe were truly in interstellar space, scientists expect that the direction of the magnetic field would be different.

“You can never exclude a really peculiar coincidence, but this was very strong evidence that we’re still in the heliosheath” – the bubble of plasma from the sun that surrounds the solar system, said Voyager scientist Leonard Burlaga, with NASA’s Goddard Space Fight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Additional measurements later turned up a second odd reading. The cosmic ray particles were not uniformly distributed around Voyager 1 like scientists expected them to be in interstellar space. Instead, the charged particles, which stem from distant supernova explosions, were oriented in particular directions.

That led scientists to conclude that Voyager 1 was in some sort of magnetic boundary zone, where particles from inside and outside the solar system could easily swap places, but where the sun’s influence still reigns supreme.

“We have no explanation for why we even found this new region,” Burlaga told Reuters.

So far, Voyager’s sister probe, Voyager 2, which is exiting the solar system in a different direction, has not encountered the same phenomena – nor may it ever.

“Voyager 2 has seen exactly what the models predicted we would see, unlike Voyager 1, which didn’t,” said lead scientist Ed Stone, with the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California.

Voyager 1 may be in an unusual place where the heliosheath and interstellar space connect, he added.
Voyager 1 is now about 11 billion miles (18 billion km) from Earth. At that distance, it takes radio signals, which move at the speed of light, 17 hours to make a one-way trip to Earth.

Scientists do not know how much farther Voyager has to travel to reach interstellar space. The spacecraft, which is powered by the slow decay of radioactive plutonium, will begin running out of energy for its science instruments in 2020. By 2025, it will be completely out of power.

The research appears in the journal Science this week.

Arrogant Obama Insults Skeptics: “We don’t have time for a meeting of the flat-Earth society”

Arrogant Obama Insults Skeptics: “We don’t have time for a meeting of the flat-Earth society”
June 26, 2013 | Organic Prepper | Daisy Luther

You’re in estimable and well-educated company if you don’t believe in the myth of global warming.  However, according to Obama, those who doubt the climate change propaganda are members of the “Flat Earth Society” –  basically, superstitious fools.

Ironically, Obama is the one using junk science and emotion in order to further an agenda, because man-made climate change is a myth that has been disproved.

Global warming has been debunked by peer reviewed studies. A recent article by Thomas Lifson for American Thinker stated “A peer-reviewed survey of 1077 geoscientists and engineers finds that “only 36 percent of geoscientists and engineers believe that humans are creating a global warming crisis.

What’s more, researchers at none other than NASA have confirmed that carbon dioxide actually cools the planet, rather than warming it.
Martin Mlynczak and his colleagues over at NASA tracked infrared emissions from the earth’s upper atmosphere during and following a recent solar storm that took place between March 8-10. What they found was that the vast majority of energy released from the sun during this immense coronal mass ejection (CME) was reflected back up into space rather than deposited into earth’s lower atmosphere.

The result was an overall cooling effect that completely contradicts claims made by NASA’s own climatology division that greenhouse gases are a cause of global warming. As illustrated by data collected using Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry (SABER), both carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitric oxide (NO), which are abundant in the earth’s upper atmosphere, greenhouse gases reflect heating energy rather than absorb it…

…According to the data, up to 95 percent of solar radiation is literally bounced back into space by both CO2 and NO in the upper atmosphere. Without these necessary elements, in other words, the earth would be capable of absorbing potentially devastating amounts of solar energy that would truly melt the polar ice caps and destroy the planet. (source)
This is meaningless to Obama, as he wages his war on coal.  In his speech on Tuesday, he said, ”Nobody has a monopoly on what is a very hard problem, but I don’t have much patience for anyone who denies that this challenge is real.”
“We don’t have time for a meeting of the flat-Earth society,” Obama said. “Sticking your head in the sand might make you feel safer, but it’s not going to protect you from the coming storm.” (source)
If you know what to look for, Obama’s tactic is obvious – he is belittling those who are aware that the climate change threat is nothing but a hoax for control, by insinuating that we are backward and ignorant.

This is meant not only to insult our intelligence, but also to manipulate the public into not wanting to be as backward and ignorant as the “deniers”.

He went on to say that the majority of scientists agreed that global warming is a man-made crisis and that they had “put to rest” any skepticism.  I guess President Obama missed the memo from NASA and that survey of the top scientists mentioned above.

Of course those statistics don’t support Obama’s goal of destroying the coal industry and falling into line with the United Nation’s false environmental movement.  The end result of this will be higher energy prices, less availability of energy for most of us, and limited transportation options – in short – it’s pure Agenda 21 and a way to control to masses and put the world’s resources into the hands of the elite.

We were warned of this in 1996:
Former Soviet Union President Mikhail Gorbachev emphasized the importance of using climate alarmism to advance socialist Marxist objectives:“The threat of environmental crisis will be the international disaster key to unlock the New World Order.” (source)
The proposed environmental laws will widen the divide between the rich and the poor, and will deepen the hold that the elite have on the world’s resources, leaving little left over for the rest of us.  Obama’s scorn shows the hostility he feels for the critical thinkers that are not buying his propaganda.

Study: Drinking Water Contamination Linked to Fracking, Horizontal Drilling

Study: Drinking Water Contamination Linked to Fracking, Horizontal Drilling
June 26, 2013 | Common Dreams | Andrea Germanos

Concentrations of methane in drinking water near gas wells six times higher than levels farther away

A new study is shedding more light on the environmental costs of shale gas extraction.

Led by Robert B. Jackson of Duke University, the study published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that drinking water wells in close proximity to natural gas wells that use horizontal drilling or fracking were contaminated with stray gases including methane, ethane and propane, with methane concentrations an average of six times higher than those wells farther away.

“The methane, ethane and propane data, and new evidence from hydrocarbon and helium content, all suggest that drilling has affected some homeowners’ water,” lead author Robert B. Jackson, a professor of environmental sciences at Duke’s Nicholas School of the Environment, said in a statement.  “In a minority of cases the gas even looks Marcellus-like, probably caused by poor well construction.”

The researchers, who studied 141 drinking water wells primarily in northeastern Pennsylvania, found methane in the drinking water of 82% of the houses sampled, and the methane concentrations in wells of homes less than one kilometer from a gas well were six times higher on average than those located farther away.

A similar pattern emerged for ethane, with concentrations of the gas found 23 times higher on average for homes less than one kilometer from a gas well.   The researchers found propane in 10 of the 133 homes they studied for this gas, all close to a gas well.

"The ethane and propane are signatures of fracking," USA Today reports Jackson as saying.

The Associated Press notes that the new study "is an expansion of a 2011 study that attracted widespread attention for its finding that drilling was polluting some water wells with methane."

“The new data reinforces our earlier observations that stray gases contaminate drinking water wells in some areas of the Marcellus shale," added Avner Vengosh, study co-author and professor of geochemistry and water quality at Duke’s Nicholas School.

As DeSmogBlog's Steve Horn points out, "The Duke study offers food-for-thought in the hours leading up to President Obama's forthcoming announcement of a climate change legislative plan at Georgetown University, just a month after his Bureau of Land Management adopted the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) model bill for fracking chemical fluid disclosure on public lands."

Crime in High Places: Nothing to Hide, Nothing to Fear

Crime in High Places: Nothing to Hide, Nothing to Fear

TRANSCRIPT AND SOURCES: http://www.corbettreport.com/?p=7536

"If you have nothing to hide, then you have nothing to fear."

We've all heard this argument a million times when talking to people about the latest revelations of government snooping or the latest roll-out of creepy Orwellian technology. The implication is that the only people who complain about having their privacy violated are criminals who deserve to have their privacy violated. It is a simple phrase, learned by rote, that is meant to bring the conversation to a close.

We all know that this is argument is fundamentally flawed, but sometimes it is difficult to argue the point with someone who insists that they are fine with seemingly any level of government intrusion in their personal lives...

Is Your Smart Meter Spying On You?

Is Your Smart Meter Spying On You?
June 25, 2013 | Washington's Blog

Preface: The original intent of smart meters may been good … conserve energy by setting up a “smart grid” to maximize the efficiency of energy distribution. But there are questions about potential health effects from smart meters.  And – in this era of pervasive spying – it’s important to know where the threats to our privacy are coming from.

Burglars, Hackers and the Government All Want to See Your Smart Meter Data

NBC News reports:
Researchers examining the privacy implications of smart-meter technology found that one German provider’s devices contained vulnerabilities that allowed them to snoop on unencrypted data to determine whether or not the homeowners were home.

After signing up with the German smart-meter firm Discovergy, the researchers detected that the company’s devices transmitted unencrypted data from the home devices back to the company’s servers over an insecure link. The researchers, Dario Carluccio and Stephan Brinkhaus, intercepted the supposedly confidential and sensitive information, and, based on the fingerprint of power usage, were able to tell not only whether or not the homeowners were home, away or even sleeping, but also what movie they were watching on TV.
The New York Times points out:
Writing in Friday’s issue of the journal Science, the environmental scientist Jan Beyea foresees a world in which epidemiologists could harvest data on how people live from day to day — their use of electric blankets or microwave ovens, for example — and correlate such activities with the likelihood of developing certain health conditions. The meter data could serve as a check on information obtained from the questionnaires that are used in such studies, he said.

With data from thousands or millions of smart meters, researchers could design tools to measure how many times a day a refrigerator door was opened, relevant to dietary and obesity research, or sleep patterns, relevant to a wide range of health research, he wrote.
Network World notes:
Smart meters provide highly detailed energy-use data. The info can be used by police to find and to bust indoor pot farms, by insurance companies to determine health care premiums, and by criminals to determine if you own high-dollar appliances and when is the best time to steal them. And that’s only the tip of the potential privacy invasion iceberg.

***

In central Ohio, police file at least 60 subpoenas each month for energy-use records of people suspected in indoor marijuana growing operations, reported the Columbus Dispatch. Most of the houses with indoor pot growing operations are reportedly in quiet neighborhoods without much traffic. DEA agent Anthony Marotta said the subpoena is only one tool used to catch “grow house” operators. Police get a tip about suspicious activity, but if undercover officers don’t discover anything illegal during a stake out, then utility consumption records can be sought. “How else can I get an indicator to get probable cause if I can’t see anything?” Marotta said to reporter Dean Narciso.

The U.S. Department of Energy warned [PDF] that smart grid technology can provide a highly detailed household profile of energy consumption and said policies are needed to restrict utilities from sharing consumer usage data with third parties. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) outlined Potential Privacy Impacts that Arise from the Collection and Use of Smart Grid Data [PDF].

From reading it, a person might wonder if smart meters will be real-time surveillance spies. It suggests that insurance companies might use the smart meter data to determine health care premiums, such as if there is high usage at night which would indicate sleep behavior problems. Besides looking to bust pot farmers, law enforcement might use the data as “real-time surveillance to determine if residents are present and current activities inside the home.” The press might wish to see the smart meter data of celebrities. Criminals may want to see the data to determine the best time for a burglary and what high dollar appliances you might have to steal. Marketers might want the data for profiling and targeting advertisements. Creditors might want the data to determine if behavior indicates creditworthiness.

Lockheed Martin general manager of Energy and Cyber Services said the smart grid could include as many as 440 million new hackable points by the end of 2015, reported Computerworld.
National Geographic notes:
”It’s not hard to imagine a divorce lawyer subpoenaing this information, an insurance company interpreting the data in a way that allows it to penalize customers, or criminals intercepting the information to plan a burglary,” the private nonprofit Electronic Frontier Foundation noted in a blog post about smart meters.

***

The European Union’s data protection watchdog warned earlier this year that smart meters, while bringing significant potential benefits, also could be used track whether families “are away on holiday or at work, if someone uses a specific medical device or a baby-monitor, how they like to spend their free time and so on.” The European Data Protection Supervisor urged that member states provide the public with more information on how the data is being handled.

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) … was involved in producing a comprehensive report on privacy with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) that summarizes, often in chilling detail, the many ways in which privacy breaches could occur on the smart grid, and recommends best practices for preventing those breaches. “As Smart Grid implementations collect more granular, detailed, and potentially personal information, this information may reveal business activities, manufacturing procedures, and personal activities in a given location,” the NIST report said.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports:
Critics of “smart meters” have often warned that the advanced electricity and gas meters can invade privacy by revealing when someone is and isn’t home.

According to the American Civil Liberties Union, they have reason to worry.

The civil rights group on Wednesday reported that California’s three big, investor-owned utilities had disclosed individual account information on thousands of their customers last year, usually to government agencies armed with subpoenas.
Last year, the United States Congressional Research Service addressed some of the  issues involved:
Data recorded by smart meters must be highly detailed, and, consequently, it may show what individual appliances a consumer is using. The data must also be transmitted to electric utilities—and possibly to third parties outside of the smart grid—subjecting it to potential interception or theft as it travels over communications networks and is stored in a variety of physical locations.

These characteristics of smart meter data present privacy and security concerns that are likely to become more prevalent as government-backed initiatives expand deployment of the meters to millions of homes across the country. In the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Congress appropriated funds for the implementation of the Smart Grid Investment Grant (SGIG) program administered by the Department of Energy. This program now permits the federal government to reimburse up to 50% of eligible smart grid investments, which include the cost to electric utilities of buying and installing smart meters. In its annual report on smart meter deployment, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission cited statistics showing that the SGIG program has helped fund the deployment of about 7.2 million meters as of September 2011.15 At completion, the program will have partially funded the installation of 15.5 million meters. By 2015, the Institute for Electric Efficiency expects that a total of 65 million smart meters will be in operation throughout the United States.
The CRS discussed some of the laws which may govern smart meter data:
If smart meter data and transmissions fall outside of the protection of the Fourth Amendment, they may still be protected from unauthorized disclosure or access under the Stored Communications Act (SCA), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA). These statutes, however, would appear to permit law enforcement to access smart meter data for investigative purposes under procedures provided in the SCA, ECPA, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), subject to certain conditions. Additionally, an electric utility’s privacy and security practices with regard to consumer data may be subject to Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act). The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has recently focused its consumer protection enforcement on entities that violate their privacy policies or fail to protect data from unauthorized access. This authority could apply to electric utilities in possession of smart meter data, provided that the FTC has statutory jurisdiction over them. General federal privacy safeguards provided under the Federal Privacy Act of 1974 (FPA) protect smart meter data maintained by federal agencies, including data held by federally owned electric utilities.
The CRS report notes the incompleteness of the laws applying to smart meters. And – given that the FISA court has recently been shown to rubber-stamp mass surveillance on millions of Americans without any protection – we’re not sure that the current legal protections regarding smart meter data are worth the paper they’re written on.

England is just as bad. As the Telegraph writes:
The devices, which the government plans to install in every home by 2020, will also tell energy firms what sort of appliances are being used, allowing companies to target customers who do not reduce their energy consumption.
Privacy campaigners have expressed horror at the proposals, which come as two million homes have ‘spy’ devices fitted to their rubbish bins by councils who record how much residents are recycling.

***
In its impact assessment, however, the Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) says there “is theoretically scope… for using the smart metering communications infrastructure to enable a variety of other services, such as monitoring of vulnerable householders by health authorities or social services departments.”

It adds: “Information from smart meters could also make it possible for a supplier to determine when electricity or gas was being used in a property and, to a degree, the types of technology that were being used within the property. This could be used to target energy efficiency advice and offers of measures, social programmes etc to householders.”

Doretta Cocks, founder of the Campaign for Weekly Waste Collection, said: “This is Orwellian. We’re already under surveillance for what we put outside the home in bins and now we could be watched for what we’re doing inside as well.
***

Guy Herbert, general secretary of NO2ID, said: “Information from smart meters might be useful to energy providers and perhaps even their customers, but there’s no reason for any public authority to have access to it – unless they’ve a warrant to do so.

“This document is a prime example of government efforts to shoehorn data sharing and feature creep into every new policy.
***

The DECC document adds households could even have their power to some appliances turned off remotely to help the national grid if there is too much demand.

***

Consumer Focus, the watchdog, has also expressed concern about the privacy implications of the meters, saying consumers are “at risk of unfair, excessive, inequitable and inefficient charging” because energy companies could use the new data to introduce more complex tariffs to maximise profits at peak times.
And the Age reports that smart meter data from Australian homeowners is shared with random companies:
Detailed information about electricity customers’ power usage, which gives insights into when a house is occupied, is being shared with third parties including mail houses, debt collectors, data processing analysts and government agencies.

Customers with smart meters who sign up for Origin Energy’s online portal must consent to their data being shared with a string of third parties. The data is stored in Australia but shared with US company Tendril, which is described by Origin as a smart energy technology provider.

Australia’s privacy watchdog said the technology could threaten people’s privacy. ”We are starting to see people voicing concern about the level of data that these meters can collect,” federal Privacy Commissioner Timothy Pilgrim said.

***
Mr Pilgrim said electricity companies had a legal responsibility to delete or ”de-identify” personal information that was no longer needed. However, an Origin spokesman said the company kept former customers’ data for retrospective queries and ”tax and compliance purposes”.

The state government aims to install smart meters – which log electricity use every half-hour – in all Victorian homes by the end of next year.

***

Customer information can only be accessed by staff involved in billing. He said the electricity retailer only shared information with third parties when they had a ”legitimate business need to do so in order to meet our service obligations to our customers”.
In the ultimate irony, one of the biggest proponents of smart meters – Northern California’s main utility, Pacific Gas & Electric – was busted in April for spying on anti-smart meter groups:
On Thursday 4th April 2013, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved a settlement in its investigation into Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) for spying on anti-Smart Meter groups.  PG&E will be required to pay $390,000 to the state’s General Fund.

This infiltration by PG&E was part of an on-going surveillance program conducted by PG&E and Edelman, a public relations firm PG&E hired in January of 2010 in response to escalating Smart Meter complaints and problems.

As part of this program, the director of the PG&E Smart Meter program, William “Ralph” Devereaux, other PG&E employees and third parties spied on groups with the knowledge of senior PG&E staff.  PG&E employees and senior management exchanged emails insulting and demeaning the members of the anti-SmartMeter groups.  For example, these PG&E customers were referred to “insurgents.”

PG&E coordinated moving an entire Smart Meter deployment yard to derail a non-violent protest and sent an employee to surreptitiously observe and report on the reactions of the protestors, who also transmitted pictures of them to PG&E.  This “spy” expressed his pleasure in observing and taking photos of anti-SmartMeter activists.
Note: Several utilities – including Pacific Gas & Electric – allow you to opt out of the smart meter program. If you insist, they will remove the smart meter from your home.

On May 31, 2013 a 3-kilometer asteroid called QE2 passed within 3.6 million miles of Earth. Astronomers had the opportunity to take radar images of the asteroid and its 750 meter satellite. The scientists describe QE2 as dark, red, and primitive, concluding that the asteroid is an entirely new beast, nothing like any asteroid we've visited with spacecraft. But how does the Electric Universe interpret this apparently anomalous asteroid?

Banking Giant HSBC 'A Criminal Enterprise'

Banking Giant HSBC 'A Criminal Enterprise' -
June 24, 2013 | Information Clearing House | Jerome R. Corsi

Whistleblower makes damning case in video interview

The global banking giant HSBC is a “criminal” operation, charges a former officer for the company’s southern New York region in a video interview with WND.

John Cruz, a former vice president and relationship manager, has turned over to WND more than 1,000 pages of documents, including customer account ledgers for dozens of companies through which, he charges, the financial institution was laundering money each month.

Cruz told WND that as a relationship manager, it was his responsibility to look up various accounts in the HSBC computer system and visit the account holders in person to offer additional banking products and services.

“I pulled these documents because I thought they were evidence of suspicious activity taking place,” Cruz affirmed when presented by WND with various HSBC computer ledgers of customer accounts. “These same documents I brought to bank security and my managers in the bank.”

To his surprise, HSBC management and security did not welcome his reports of suspicious activity.

“My managers told me I was crazy and I didn’t know what I was talking about,” he said. “They told me it was none of my business what goes on in transactions. But that’s my job.”

WND showed Cruz the HSBC account ledger for a business named United Express, as seen redacted in Exhibit 1 below:

Exhibit B: HSBC account ledger, monthly transaction summary

“It was supposed to be a shipping company that does over $2 million a year in transactions,” Cruz said, recognizing the HSBC computer-generated account ledger. “But the ledger shows millions and millions of dollars in transaction, but the transactions are all through PayPal and American Express.”

Cruz also described his visit to see the company in person.

“There were two employees on site that didn’t speak English,” he recalled. “The only evidence of any packaging being done was a couple of small boxes in the corner.”

Suspicious activity

WND presented Cruz Exhibit B, showing a redacted HSBC account ledger for a company with over $1.34 million in deposits and $1.23 million in withdrawals in a one-month period from July 21, 2009, to Aug. 20, 2009.

Exhibit C: HSBC account ledger, detail of monthly account transfers
“Money comes in daily, thousands of dollars, always in even amounts,” he noted. “You look at a statement and it says ‘transfer,’ but where did it go? There’s no account number or tracking number that documents where the transaction went.”

Cruz contended that HSBC was running what amounted to a “shell game.”

“So many of these businesses are conducted out of a person’s home,” he commented. “I would walk into these homes. There’s a couch, there’s a chair, a desk – but the house is empty, a couple of Mercedes sitting out front, but where is the business? It’s only online transactions of money in and money out.”

Identity theft

Cruz charges that the 1,000 pages of customer account records suggest HSBC relied on identity theft to capture legitimate Social Security numbers that were then used to create the bogus retail and commercial bank accounts through which employees systematically deposited and withdrew hundreds of millions of dollars on a daily basis, apparently without the knowledge of the identity theft victims.

“When an individual finds out they got a loan they never knew about, 5 percent of that loan went to the accounting firm that made up the phony tax returns, and the other 95 percent of that loan went to the manager,” he said.

“One manager was involved in the transaction, another manager was involved in notarizing the transaction, and senior management was involved where they signed off permission to give the loans even when the loans get rejected by underwriting.”

A criminal enterprise

Cruz told WND he recorded meetings he conducted with HSBC management and bank security personnel in which he charges various bank managers were engaging in criminal acts.

“I have hours upon hours of voice recordings, ranging from bank tellers, to business representatives, to managers, to executives,” he said. “The whole system is designed to be a culture of fraud to make it look like it’s a legalized system. But it’s not.”

Cruz explained that even when he let bank managers know he was taping the conversation, the managers were not interested in what he was saying.

“HSBC is a criminal organization,” he stressed. “It is a culture of crime.”

In January, Reuters reported that the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations had begun investigating money-laundering activity at HSBC with the intention of scheduling hearings later this year.

Last week, Reuters reported the U.S. unit of the London-based HSBC Holdings Plc has been under investigation by federal law enforcement officials since 2003 for the bank’s lax attitudes toward enforcing anti-money laundering statutes.

Reuters reported that confidential documents examined from the offices of two U.S. Attorneys’ offices allege that from 2005, “the bank violated the Bank Secrecy Act and other anti-money laundering laws on a massive scale” by not adequately reviewing “hundreds of billions of dollars in transactions for any that might have links to drug trafficking, terrorist financing and other criminal activity.”

In an attempt to make his charges public, Cruz in 2011 published a book about his experiences titled “World Banking World Fraud: Using Your Identity.”

Nikola Tesla: Calling All Freethinkers! Part Two

Nikola Tesla: Calling All Freethinkers! Part Two
June 23, 2013 | Veterans Today | Rand Clifford

Had humanity been allowed to pursue Nikola Tesla’s Aether technology as Tesla envisioned, we might not be on the brink of martial law in America, and WWIII wouldn’t be breathing down our necks. The Power Status Quo (PSQ) are very heavy breathers with death on their breath.

Speaking of breath…President Woodrow Wilson surely spoke under his breath when he talked about the tiny elite club that dominates humanity—or as Wilson called them in the following quote, the “power somewhere”:

“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.” [1]

That’s them, the PSQ, Wilson’s “…power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive….” Apparently, for any PSQ member, sanctity and preservation of their power is all that matters. Anything threatening the PSQ’s power is an enemy; Tesla still epitomizes threat to the PSQ seventy years after he was eliminated, physically.

The way a nation treats its freethinkers is a reliable portrayal of the nation’s future. And the way a nation’s elite respond to geniuses like Nikola Tesla, independent inventors who put humanity and nature above profit—that’s the ultimate portent of whether a nation grows toward freedom, or tyranny…toward the stars, or underground. The PSQ’s reaction to Tesla seems a guarantee of Orwellian nightmares. 1984 might be in the rearview mirror, but “The Party’s” (PSQ’s) war on independent thought remains in the headlights.

Globalist New-World-Order tyranny aims to smother rich diversity of Earth’s almost two hundred “sovereign nations” with a single world blanket sopping with inhumanity. Tesla showed us how humanity might go the other way by giving us the key to unlocking the PSQ’s prison doors; ever since the PSQ have tried to sepulcher the key in a psychopathic force field. But no matter how many Einsteinian and Michelson-Morley [2] kinds of charades they play, the PSQ will never smother the Aether—except for “officially”.

Disinformation and misinformation about Tesla can seem limitless. Rarely is truth mingled with things people hear about Tesla, especially when it comes to his masterpiece—that competition the PSQ can’t bury, buy out, monopolize or destroy.

Tesla is celebrated for invention of, or fundamental contributions to: lasers and other phenomena of light; robotics; radio; X-rays; remote control; polyphase alternating current (AC) and induction motors and more…. Topping the popular list are Tesla’s more than forty patents covering the entire system of “polyphase” AC that powers civilization. But Tesla’s masterpiece remains forbidden technology, at least publicly (black-ops taxpayer black holes are invisible beneath the event horizon). Tesla’s Aether technology and broadcast electricity remain among the PSQ’s mortal enemies, and their flair for disinformation approaches zenith in what they have done to “Tesla’s Coil” (not to be confused with the “Tesla Coil”).

The AC Albatross Around Tesla’s Neck The PSQ will not let Tesla’s AC wizardry wash off; it’s a virtual tattoo that helps the PSQ con the public into believing that “Tesla’s Coil” is simply a high-frequency AC toy for making bitchin’ sparks. The PSQ’s lap dog, Wikipedia, claims: “Today their main use is for entertainment and educational displays.” For the “Tesla Coil”, the PSQ’s impostor, that statement is true, same as Wikipedia’s, “It is used to produce high-voltage, low-current, high frequency alternating-current electricity.” Problem is, that is precisely what “Tesla’s Coil” is NOT used for. Any time you read the term “current”, or “high frequency alternating current” or anything involving flow of electrons, you are not reading about “Tesla’s Coil”, a zero-current invention, but its neutered caricature, the “Tesla Coil”. Tesla’s decoupling of voltage and current with “Tesla’s Coil”…isolation of pure voltage from flow of electrons—that’s Tesla magic.

Tesla strived to eliminate sparks from “Tesla’s Coil”. Sparks are lossy instabilities that impede distant broadcast effects, keeping a “Tesla’s Coil” from being a true Tesla Transmitter.

The PSQ jumped all over sparks, corrupting the “Tesla Coil” into a generator of exactly what Tesla sought to eliminate from “Tesla’s Coil”. They also abuse the term “high frequency”, which in AC terminology means alternations per second. Regarding “Tesla’s Coil”, frequency means impulses per second, something entirely different than alternations. PSQ virtuosity in the Art of Confusion is mind boggling, literally.

By the latter 1880s, Tesla had essentially abandoned the AC waveform in favor of what he called, “…the true electricity”. Tesla’s patents exclusively used terminology regarding electrical impulse. He remained free of AC, but “officially”, the AC albatross around Tesla’s neck is permanent.

Transverse electromagnetic waves (AC) [3] anchor humanity to tyranny; Tesla’s “non-Hertzian”, longitudinal waves [4] could set humanity free. Why else would the PSQ try so hard to bind Tesla to AC?

“Establishment” science also denies Tesla freedom from his AC wizardry. Tesla’s masterpiece is a real pain in the dogma.

Tesla’s introduction to phenomena he dedicated most of the second half of his life to came during his brief employment by Thomas Edison.

Before Tesla’s Polyphase AC replaced Edison’s direct-current (DC) power distribution system, electricity was delivered to consumers by a web of transmission lines infested with “pumping stations” to help keep the current flowing. Another method of fighting transmission-line resistance and forcing current farther than a few city blocks was to crank very high the voltage from generating plants. When switches were thrown, blasting transmission lines with extreme voltage right off the generators, something strange and even deadly happened in the instant before current (electrons) flowed in the lines, something engineers and DC linesmen called “the blue spike phenomena”. Blue and purple spikes accompanied by stinging and shocking pressure sensations radiated from the power lines. Engineers, and especially linesmen who had seen fellow workmen killed by the phenomena, saw the spikes as a problem to be eliminated. Tesla saw amazing elevations of electrostatic potential that were quenched when electrons started flowing—saw a potential new breed of electricity to investigate, perhaps even harness.

So began a love affair between humanity and the Cosmos, wide-open to transcendence, but because of the human element, begging for a villain….

Tesla seduced from the Cosmos innermost electrical secrets, reproducing precursor dynamics of blue spike phenomena by using a dynamo and capacitors to blast a thin wire with high-powered impulses, reproducing the radiant, stinging pressure effect. Tesla discovered the radiance could pass through glass, copper shielding, Faraday cages…there was no way to block what Tesla now believed was purely an electrical effect.

Tesla progressed to using a magnetic spark gap that allowed unidirectional DC impulses of increasing power and much higher impulse frequency…leading to his decoupling of voltage from current. He almost had the Aether in his hands.

The Internet still offers intricate truth about development of “Tesla’s Coil”. For example: [5] [6] [7] [8] [9].

In 1892, Tesla published a paper titled: “The Dissipation of Electricity”.

Virtually the entire scientific establishment seemed unable to comprehend Tesla’s breakthrough, blundering into thinking Tesla referred to high-frequency AC (that albatross) in his explanation of what he called his new “transformer” (here called “Tesla’s Coil”). Unlike in a standard transformer, AC electromagnetic field induction was not involved. “Tesla’s Coil” blazed a new domain of physics, accomplishing release of kinetic radiant electricity from the Aether through abrupt discharges of electrostatic potentials.

Tesla’s “dynamic electrostatic forces” violated accepted theories of physics. Establishment “fizzixs” (fi$$ixs) [10] embarked on a heavily-funded and contrived fit, arguing that Tesla’s “effect” was impossible, insisting that he revise his claims.

“See The Excitement Coming!”

Tesla said that in completion of his lecture on: “The Dissipation of Electricity”.

After discovering Radiant Electricity in 1889, Tesla theorized that it was bound up with the Aether. Disruptions in equilibrium of the Aether with instantaneous unidirectional DC pulses could release Radiant Electricity. He spent much of the rest of the 1890s confirming and developing this theory in his New York laboratories, then expanding to Colorado Springs for large-scale experiments. Using his “magnifying transformer” and its 52-foot “Tesla’s Coil” capable of outputting millions of volts, Tesla found he could send pulses of electricity that spanned the planet and reflected back with virtually no loss. In Tesla’s own words:

“That communication without wires to any point on the globe is practical with such apparatus would need no demonstration, but through a discovery which I made I obtained absolute certitude. Popularly explained, it is exactly this: When we raise the voce and hear an echo in reply, we know that the sound of the voice must have reached a distant wall, or boundary, and must have been reflected from the same. Exactly as the sound, so an electrical wave is reflected, and the same evidence which is afforded by an echo is offered by an electrical phenomenon known as a ‘stationary’ wave – that is, a wave with fixed nodal and ventral regions. Instead of sending sound vibrations toward a distant wall, I have sent electrical vibrations toward the remote boundaries of the Earth, and instead of the wall the Earth has replied. In place of an echo I have obtained a stationary electrical wave, a wave reflected from afar.”

And Tesla wrote:

“That electrical energy can be economically transmitted without wires to any terrestrial distance, I have unmistakably established in numerous observations, experiments and measurements, qualitative and quantitative. These have demonstrated that it is practicable to distribute power from a central plant in unlimited amounts, with a loss not exceeding a small fraction of one percent in the transmission, even to the greatest distance, 12,000 miles – to the opposite end of the globe.”

He was ready to so elegantly make electricity available anywhere on Earth, one needed only to push into the ground a simple resonant receiver. Tesla’s potential masterstroke at Shoreham, Long Island, NY, was perhaps humanity’s most important project of all time….

Wardenclyffe

Imagine a human, driven by sheer humanitarian motives (friendship, loyalty, trust, gratitude…), tearing up a contract potentially worth billions of dollars…c’est la vie. Tesla did exactly that—tore up his contract with Westinghouse covering Tesla’s perpetual royalties on power produced at the Niagra Falls generating plant. Tragic consequences for the future of humanity were yet to be understood.

Today, such humanitarianism would be labeled insanity. The PSQ used it to twist Tesla into everything from a “bad businessman” to a neurotic basket case. Tesla was an “extreme sensitive”, a genius ahead of his time. One man offering humanity such treasures seems unfathomable. Rest assured, the PSQ is right on top of never letting that happen again.

His waiving of royalties to help Westinghouse meant that Tesla would have to stoop to J.P. Morgan for main funding of Wardenclyffe. Re-enter the “villain”of our love story. [11]

Tesla told Morgan that Wardenclyffe would transmit “intelligence” globally. Morgan allegedly assumed that Tesla was referring to radio transmission.

An interesting aspect about Tesla’s use of the term, “intelligence”…his mass-free “cold electricity” (Aether) from an optimized “Tesla’s Coil” has a room-filling cool-breeze effect accompanied by significant elevation of human consciousness. Mental clarity, concentration, perception and comprehension—human intelligence in general is boosted by concentrated Aether. Among most any government’s greatest fears is higher intelligence among the public, a threat to spare no expense fighting. For example, how would a government with perceptive, intelligent and even free-thinking citizens in crucial numbers…how would a government significantly challenged by an intelligent citizenry ever get away with a 9/11?

Americans confirm rousing success of the federal government’s program of dumbing-down citizens—perhaps the most successful federal program in the history of the republic. It takes a lot of time and money and honey to groom the public into believing authority instead of reality, believing official lies instead of their own eyes.

“Tesla’s Coil” was already a mortal threat to the PSQ—enhanced public awareness and intelligence to boot demands SWAT (special weapons and tactics) counterattacks.

The PSQ SWAT teams earn their grub. The “Tesla Coil”—zombie stand-in turning humanity’s crowning technological achievement into a toy for mesmerizing the child in all of us with ever bigger, badder, bitchin’er SPARKS! Now that’s SWAT.

The PSQ is shrewd, clever, conniving, vicious…not dumb, simply lacking humanity. Tesla decoupled voltage from electrons. The PSQ represent humans decoupled from conscience—experts at decoupling humans from science and filling them with mythology….

Construction began at Wardenclyffe in 1901. Morgan anted $150,000 (multiple millions in today’s dollar), 51% of initial funding. Inadequate funding plagued the project. Equipment alone would cost more than $200,000—but at least Wardenclyffe was taking off. Hideously, it’s flight plan involved a PSQ-greased slide from a pinnacle of human achievement…to what the PSQ’s newspapers would idiotically label, “Tesla’s million-dollar folly”.

In 1902 what was popularly called “Tesla’s Tower” reached its full height of 187 feet. Tesla moved his laboratory operations from Houston Street in NYC, to Wardenclyffe.

On October 14, 1904, Morgan finally responded to Tesla’s scores of unanswered request for more funding by pulling plug on Wardenclyffe. In 1917, US Marines seized “Tesla’s Tower” because of fears that German spies could be lurking around it, and it could possibly be used by German submarines as a landmark. The tower was dynamited, and sold for scrap.

Modern Tesla mythology wallows in Morgan learning halfway through the project of Wardenclyffe’s wireless global transmission of power, then balking over profit concerns.

Was Morgan really that ignorant of Wardenclyffe? Morgan became Rothschild’s main man in America not through ignorance, but awareness and cunning, shrewd psychopathic focus on profit for the boss at whatever cost to humanity.

A more realistic scenario has Morgan decently aware of Wardenclyffe’s purpose. Initial funding was a certain insurance premium on a policy for controlling Tesla. If Tesla was a free spirit with funds for new research, tycoon fortunes from choicest monopolies were not safe. Tesla had rendered the whole DC power distribution system obsolete virtually overnight. What in hell might he discover next? $150,000 plunked down to minimize PSQ exposure to Tesla’s technological and humanitarian mischief, a good policy considering how long Tesla was controlled.

Ill-equipped to understand much truth that might squeak through PSQ defenses, the public was curried into thinking Wardenclyffe was a giant tower for spraying the world with energy. People could see Hollywood all over it: “…the sucker’s gigantic! Good football field tall—and that top thing…like some dinosaur mushroom…or something.” The public might have felt let down if they heard the tower was actually a collector for absorbing Aether and shedding electrons in opposed cycles. Aether flowing down through the tower would be shunted into the station for pulse-rate manipulations in preparation for rebroadcast into the Earth by Tesla’s amazing quarter-wave antenna beneath the tower—an antenna effectively fifty miles long.
Wardenclyffe was so far over most people’s heads that, with the right SWAT, Tesla’s masterstroke would be chained to a legacy of “folly”. At least three years before Wardenclyffe’s tower was demolished, Tesla was already well down the road to being an “unperson”.

What Tesla Could’ve Prevented “No matter what we attempt to do, no matter to what fields we turn our efforts, we are dependent on power. We have to evolve means of obtaining energy from stores which are forever inexhaustible, to perfect methods which do not imply consumption and waste of any material whatever. If we use fuel to get our power, we are living on our capital and exhausting it rapidly. This method is barbarous and wantonly wasteful and will have to be stopped in the interest of coming generations.” — Nikola Tesla

Current increasing awareness of Tesla, while promising, seems largely at the mercy of the PSQ’s obsession with “fixing” the Internet. Information can be very powerful—especially accurate information so important and so suppressed for so long before finally finding the right minds.

The PSQ’s lavish use of SWAT to suppress Tesla is a transparent testament to his genius. A crucial question: Does humanity have the intelligence to realize how much the PSQ’s naked suppression actually honors Tesla’s achievements? As people become more aware that Tesla offers humanity freedom from PSQ tyranny, it seems important to consider: If humanity had embraced Tesla appropriately, he could have saved us from, or at least minimized, many entrenched horrors. Like so many aspects of Tesla, his timing was cosmic.

Nikola Tesla was born on July 10, 1856, in what is now Croatia.

About three years later, August 8, 1859, Colonel Edwin Drake drilled the world’s first successful oil well near Titusville, Pennsylvania.

The hydrocarbon age is a catastrophe fouling ever more profoundly the future of life on Earth. The PSQ’s energy monopoly has led to extreme consolidation of wealth into what George Bush the 1st, spokesman extraordinaire for inhumanity, calls, “…higher, tighter and righter hands.” In humanitarian terms, that translates into Satanic hands. Fossil fuels’ empowerment of psychopaths plagues humanity with perpetual war, genocide, debt slavery, vast poverty, environmental devastation and pillaging of the future. Fossil fuels are essential to the PSQ’s inhuman domination of humanity.

Tesla could cure the cancer of fossil fuels metastasizing through every aspect of life on Earth. Replacing the hydrocarbon age with the Aether age might mean humanity’s deliverance, a nightmare for the PSQ.

Rothschild bankstering outlined the PSQ’s hydrocarbon ascent as continuation of an ancient plan. Today only three of the world’s “sovereign” nations remain free of Rothschild-controlled central banking: Cuba, Iran, North Korea. America’s strain of Rothschild infection is called the Federal Reserve System, an insidious disease apparently fatal.

Banks excel at war. Some might say that in war there are no winners, only losers. That is overwhelmingly true, if you don’t count banks. War is not the meat and potatoes of banks, more like the meat and bread: finance industrial military complexes, all sides; concoct the politics to pit nation against nation and kill each other amid banker-maneuvered conflicts; finance all combatants, then butter bread with reconstruction…repeat cycle….

Monopolies on fossil energy, money and war…such is the tripod supporting imminent and absolute PSQ ownership of planet Earth. Every grain of sand, drop of water, every breath. With legs so solid on the PSQ’s three-legged stool of tyranny, the PSQ is solidly enthroned.

But…if humanity can take out one leg we may have a chance at crashing the PSQ’s tripod. For a leader we have arguably the greatest human ever born: Nikola Tesla. He put Aether in our hands. If humanity can elevate into freely developing energy from Aether, thereby breaking the energy leg, we might fall the PSQ’s stool.

Meanwhile, the PSQ pummels us with killer body shots. Hydraulic fracturing…ripping fossil fuels from stone hidey holes with biocidal “fracking”. It appears that the PSQ will not rest until everything is fracked-up. But duck and cover! “Fracking” doesn’t bottom us out as fiercely as burning tar for energy. The PSQ is bulldozing humanity into a tar pit for possibly the most humiliating destiny any allegedly “intelligent” species has ever inflicted upon themselves and the ability of their home to support any species above cockroaches.
Aether verus Tar

Tesla awarded us with access to immaculate energy of the Cosmos.

So the PSQ is turning pristine Canadian boreal forest vital to biospheric health into hell on Earth, using enormous fossil energies to steam from semi-solid bitumen deposits what some call “Alberta Death Ooze”. A “DilBit” disaster may be coming soon to a town near you. [12]

For an “Aether-wise” civilization to be so diseased as to burn tar for energy…talk about a Satanic assault on humanity. SWAT on steroids.

We must be approaching limits to how diseased humanity can become and still survive.

In the third and final part:

— we are the problem and the solution — intrepid Tesla disciples we must protect from the PSQ — history of new-energy invention suppression — Keystone “X-Hell” — Fukushima — Wardenclyffe revisited — modern warfare obsolete? — eyes on the future — conclusion
